Arriving on time to have no one to greet me but an empty shop. Najia was very friendly and polite , payed for hot wax but ended up with strip and hot wax together. Hair isn’t completely removed and it was on the long side before hand. This by is my worst experience waxing. Still so sore with a lot of hair remaining. Disappointing
