I booked with Rehana but had a new member of staff. There were lots of hairs left after my eyebrow threading. She said she couldn’t see properly and asked me to show her the hairs. My upper lip also got cut during the threading. She was lovely though

I booked Hollywood hot wax with Rehana but was waxed by a Hanna.
She was nice but lots hairs were left after the hot wax so I had to have strip wax too. This doesn’t normally happen. She kept saying that she couldn’t see & ask me to look to tell her
