I booked Hollywood hot wax with Rehana but was waxed by a Hanna.
She was nice but lots hairs were left after the hot wax so I had to have strip wax too. This doesn’t normally happen. She kept saying that she couldn’t see & ask me to look to tell her

The lady that did my treatments wasn't welcoming or profession. When doing my eyebrows she made me get up 4 times from the chair to check in the mirror. After my Hollywood, she poured oil and told me to rub myself?? Her treatments were aggressive and has left my face in spots and rashes, as well as my Hollywood area has had a rash and skin peeling for the last few days from going over too many times. Also a couple comments made me feel uneasy. Do not want her again. Sorry don't know her name
