There was only one employee who sis not seem to know I had booked, she was polite and took me through for the wax, I’m not satisfied by the outcome as there is till quite a lot of hair left on my legs. I would not book there again.

Extremely disappointed. My nails weren’t done properly - I’m upset I can’t post pictures here. Nothing was done with my cuticle as “I don’t have it” - ehm? Not sure about that? Staff is distracted all the time.
Although a pedicure lady did a good job, she didn’t know how to work with shellac so she had to ask someone for advice all the time.
When I said I’m not happy with the nails on my hands, some lady who was waiting in the line said that if I’m unhappy, I should go buy myself an ice cream. I don’t feel like this is something that was addressed by the salon and I felt extremely offended.
The solution for my dissatisfaction was either a soak off or an extra layer. Now I have a mountain of nail polish on my nails. I wasn’t even offered a discount or partial refund. I’m never going there again and don’t recommend to anyone.
