Service was rushed through. Staff was in hurry to complete and attend to another customer. What is the point of getting wax when you come back and have to use tweezers. Not going back. They need to focus on one person first and give them satisfactory service.

Great salon - staff are friendly with a good attitude, manicure and pedicure have lasted extremely well (mani only chipping now, into its fourth week!), and price was excellent. Only criticism I could make is that a bigger selection of gel colours would be nice.

Lovely, lovely lady, but I wasn’t satisfied with the treatment I booked. It felt like a basic pedicure and she actually scratched some of my skin off.
