Despite booking an appointment, there were no staff when I arrived so I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. The lady then didn’t know what treatments I was having so started with the Brazilian rather than my legs. I had paid extra as I didn’t want hot wax for my Brazilian, but she seemed unaware of this. As soon as I realised I told her but she didn’t care and carried on regardless. Who even has hot wax down there in this day and age, barbaric.
Suffice to say the shock left tears streaming down my face and so I ran out without a refund. Don’t pay extra for an upgraded treatment, as they won’t give it to you and still charge you for it.
I won’t be going back there to be traumatised again, terrible customer service.

I’m sorry to have to put a negative review but the lady was 10 minutes late and my treatment was only 30 minutes when it should have been 45 minutes.
Some of the products stung my face as she never asked if I’m allergic or anything (I’m 9 months pregnant!) so I’m very angry and disappointed will not be getting this treatment again! Also NO MUSIC! So just sat in cold silence which was not relaxing at all
