I had to say what I had booked since the person didn’t know how to work with the app. The eyebrow threading was very painful, the polish removal didn’t remove the polish, and there were only a few gel colours to choose from for the manicure. Not happy

Hosanna is really lovely and did a fantastic and quick Brazilian. The nails were also very good but there is now a specialist nail technician who will be coming on Fridays and Saturdays who I may use going forward

The massage itself was good, however the therapists phone rang very loudly 3 times during the treatment which did affect the experience. The room was also cold; I understand that the underfloor heating had broken a few days prior, but it would have been good if the room had been heated some other way in preparation - I had to ask halfway through the treatment. I'd give them another chance as I know this could have been a one off.
Relaxing Massage
My treatment was not on time, there was building work so the facilities & look of the venue was not up to standard. The gel manicure was nicely done but the towel used was dirty & selection of colours were all from different brands and not displayed so it was hard to pick.
