On first impressions, the salon is a little tired looking and needs a bit of TLC. The room where the treatment took place, but a bit better, but noticed the floor was a bit sticky with wax. Aside from that, the wax itself was amazing. Very thorough and quick. I will definitely be returning.

I had seen this place for many years and it always seemed to be popular but I was hugely disappointed.
I realise that they're popular for eyebrows but the other services are clearly not as good.
My manicure was actually decent and I was happy with the finish although there's only a selection of mainly reds for the shellac/gel colours.
The pedicure was rough and slightly painful I had to ask her to ease up a bit but the foot massage was decent and the overall finish was OK. The massage chair didn't work unfortunately.
The massage was a huge no-no! First cold oil was put on me I had to ask for warmer oil, then the lady (same who did my nails) kept stopping to warm up towels in the microwave to put on my body and she burned my left side back with a towel that was too hot!
Her phone then rang during the massage. She then stopped it 30 minutes early as she had other clients come in and she wanted to start my pedicure and see to those clients. She said I can come back the following week for the rest of my massage (shocking!)
If it wasn't for the fact I had an evening event I wouldn't have stayed for the pedicure, I was so annoyed that I had pre-paid and I didn't have the money to go elsewhere that day.
The venue was so cold, I asked if the heating could go on and was told it was already on. Also I asked if there was some music for the background as it was deathly quiet.
Weirdly the eyebrow lady just stood over us during my manicure staring. I asked if she was being trained. This was strange and a bit nerving.
While I was there 2 other clients also complained. One ended up leaving without getting her treatment.
The lack of professionalism is crazy, the lady was pleasent but she really needs to consider cleaning up the place, getting more staff and putting the heating on during winter!
