Left the place more stressed than when I arrived. Upon arrival, they had no knowledge of my booking and their computer and phones didn’t work. Taken into a back room which was more like a store room where music that kept cutting out was played from a mobile phone. I had, I can only presume, a trainee doing my facial. It was never explained to me. She had someone watching over her doing this. Having someone stand over you with their arms folded when someone else rushes (what is meant to be) a relaxing treatment is anything but. They continued to talk to each other throughout... people were coming in and out of the room... not sure what ambience this is meant to create? Then the sound of a microwave and “ping” before wet flannels were put on my face. I asked what products were being used and the therapist just mumbled. I can only presume she didn’t know (even though she was using them). When the ‘treatment’ finished the therapist simply said “it’s done!!!!” and walked out the room. £20 I will never see again.

I've had a good experience here before. but this time the lack of confident English was a problem. I was asked if I minded a colleague coming to help with the wax, I said sure thinking they must want to get me out quickly, no problem. She did not explain that this woman was a trainee and she then gave her a lesson on my legs speaking their own language, really unpleasant. Then for the bikini I didn't even get what I paid for because the owner and therapist had a miscommunication and I ended up with just bikini sides. but I just wanted to go at this point.
The manicure was also slow and applied such pressure that parts of my nail were scraped off and are a little bumpy under the polish.
I'm unlikely to return I'm afraid. I've had much nicer experiences elsewhere.
