I’ve been to this place a few times now and the customer service is really inconsistent. This time my appointment time came and went & no one seemed to care or be free for me. Tried to squeeze this into my lunch break so short on time & 10 minutes late I ask if anyone is going to do my appointment to which I’m asked if I can come back later or tomorrow. After asking for a refund, suddenly a lady is called from the back (not the lady I’d booked) & does average job with no shaping. I won’t be back
