booked a pedicure with rehana, similar to other reviewers, when I arrived rehana wasn't there told she wasn't working today! as I'm travelling for BH weekend I stayed, treatment carried out by the manager was poor, looks very unprofessional and messy

Had appointment for 4:30pm. At 4pm I was asked to come at 5:30pm,then at 5pm I was asked to come immediately. And when I arrived my appointment had been changed to 5:40pm. I couldn’t stay as i would’ve missed a delivery. I asked for a refund…no word
