They were not expecting me and didn’t know about my booking when I turned up so were unable to accommodate me that day. As I don’t live in the area was unable to rearrange for another day.

Really rushed- my eyebrows were dyed much darker than I wanted and then threaded wonky with one half a centimetre higher than the other.
