went to bathroom before.There were two dirty foot pumices in the sink,strange smell &rubbish. bathroom was filthy!In the massage room,I was then stared at by the woman-she said undress.i said no please leave the room, as is customary for massages!She stood&looked at me, confused. I repeated.I could tell immediately she was untrained.I had to direct her!massage room was filthy.next day my back was in pain.I went to another masseuse and she was shocked at my back condition.want refund-very worried
