Didn’t even get to my appointment, asked me to come in an hour earlier with 15 minute notice. I was at work and couldn’t make it and therefore I asked to reschedule. However couldn’t reschedule as I was going on holiday in a few days. I also paid a deposit and I’ve contacted them several times to retrieve it and I’ve had no response. Poor customer service and rearranging last minute when I work full time.

It’s in a lovely area and the staff and kind. The only improvement I would ask for is a more thorough exfoliation on the foot. But the nails were shaped nicely and painted perfectly

Anam Hair & Beauty is just across the road from Hither Green station and there is also a bus stop across the road. The salon is open until 8pm Monday-Friday, meaning you can even pop in after work.
