I’ve had a frozen shoulder since March 2020. After seeing the consultant and physio team at York Hospital they told me there was nothing I could do but wait it out which could be up to 18 months. I couldn’t take another year of pain and being unable to use my arm.
I found Ana on Google and after literally two sessions so far my arm is already vastly improved, more mobility and less pain!
Her treatment proves that even when the doctors tell you that nothing can be done, it actually can!!
