I had some stiffness in my shoulders so decided to have a sport massage. Ana was very friendly and helpful. She started the session by assessing what problems and pain I experienced, and the massage was personalise to focus on these problems. After the treatment, Ana gave advices on after-treaments to soothe the muscles, the muscles were slightly hurting as expected from the treatment but not uncomfortable. The result was very good, after three days the pain in my shoulders are gone and it seems to relieve the stiffness in my shoulders and back! I'm very happy with the service and would go back again :)

Always a treat. You are able to fully relax and drift away. It's a very natural, earthy place which may take those used to glossy white, clinical spas by surprise (it did me on my first visit) but her hands are magical. You really do relax - she was born to do this type of therapy.
