Ana makes you feel at ease as soon as you arrive. The room is very clean calming and peaceful. Her sports massages are 10/10 Ana goes that extra mile also she gave me some stretches to do for my neck and sholders after a very good head massage and also helped with areas to massage to help alleviate symptoms of my carpel tunnel syndrome.

I find every visit to Solaris is a beneficial one. Ana is a superb therapist and though the salon is compact this does not detract from the excellent treatments provided.
I cannot recommend Solaris highly enough

I went to see Ana for a back muscle injury that built up over time. Through the sports massage session, Ana worked with me to pin-point the problem areas, identify my threshold for pressure and then she worked deep on the muscles. The day after, I felt bruised (but of course there was no bruising) - it's the typical sensation for a really well done sports massage and it was EXACTLY what I needed. After the massage, Ana also showed me a few stretching techniques for the back areas where I accumulated pressure. Two days after the massage, the pain subsided and I'm feeling much better. Really looking forward to the next session. I would unreservedly recommend Ana's sports massage - I couldn't ask for more.
