Probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Ana was lovely and so welcoming. The Indian head massage was next level. The amount of tension that has been released from my head is amazing. About to re book. Can’t recommend this enough!

Had several sessions of Ana’s pioneering neuro rocking release therapy and it’s been transformational. I feel so much better in myself, calmer, less anxiety, less stressed and a general feeling of being more grounded. Continuing sessions as I’m getting an incredible benefit from the treatment. Ana really has healing hands!
I chose the Sports massage as, like many people, I suffer from neck and shoulder pain and wanted to prioritise this area. I was not disappointed.
Ana worked a miracle. The hot stones add-on were the icing on the cake.
I would definitely recommend.

Both my daughter and I have been to Ana for sports injury related massages. She has always been organised, professional, friendly and most of all very good at her job. You leave feeling better than when you arrive.
She is also just an interesting person to talk to and that applies to me as an adult as well as to my teenage daughter. I'd recommend Ana to anyone.
