Everyone experiences tension, aches and pains in their body from time to time; a massage alleviates that discomfort. A professional massage with someone as skilled as Ana goes further and also relieves the built up tension we didn't know our bodies were clinging so fiercely on to. I had a sports massage. I had suffered a bad back for 4 weeks. I woke the next day after the massage with no pain. I find her holistic approach amazing. The treatment was excellent and really helped. Can’t recommend her highly enough. Professional.
