Ana listened carefully to my particular circumstances, asked appropriate questions and gave me tips. She skilfully carried out the acupuncture, which was to alleviate chronic arthritic pains in my hands. On waking the next morning my left hand felt less stiff, followed a few days later with some improvement in my right hand. I have signed up for a 6-week course to seek further improvements.

It was a peaceful setting based in centre of York. I mentioned my ailments & ana worked in these areas professionally & she is very knowledgeable when asking questions. The next day I did feel sore but she explained that this would happen but my ailments were eased & I would certainly go back and make another appointment in the future
