Honey was very thorough and good at massge. I would have rated the service five star had it not been for the fact that my massage was interrupted by people going up and down the stairs so it was hard to relax plus honey herself was called out by colleagues mid way through the massage. It's a shame as honey is good but the venue isn't great.

Miscommunication made it uncomfortable and intense in the beginning but eventually got better. All hair wasn't removed and grew back within a week

Overall I was really pleased with the experience at Ana Hair and Beauty. Honey is lovely and really listened to what I wanted. I am pleased with the result and was given lots of good advice about how to keep my hair in good condition. The only issue is that the salon is in need a make-over as it looks pretty shabby on the inside.
