Despite being wary of some of the bad reviews this salon had, I gave it a chance anyway. My appointment was cancelled via text a few hours before when I could no longer reschedule. The excuse was that they were too busy but on the website they had the whole day of appointments free. Clearly the owner couldn’t be bothered to stay open to honour my appointment. When I enquiries about this, I was completely ignored. So unprofessional.

Colour is really nice but I did ask for two different highlights to be put in and I only had one. Haircut is awful, have had to pay for it to be done again as the front wasn't even close to being straight, it was embarrassing when you looked close
