I think on a less hectic day I would have given them 5* as the lady was so lovely who did my hair. However, my appointment was 20 mins delayed and when we did get going i sat with wet hair getting cold while she went to thread someone's eyebrows. It wasn't her fault because I think the other staff member hadn't turned up for their shift but I felt very rushed and wasn't very pleased with my hair- I had to re-do it when I got home. Worth checking all staff are there before sitting down!

Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere & tailored treatments. I booked hot stone massage with mini facial, but was given a much more thorough facial treatment due to having dry skin. Thoughtful and professional, I would definitely recommend!
