Location is very dingy with no natural light or windows as literally in the basement and very very small. Technique of treatment didn't feel professional or thought out. Staff member was lovely but very disappointed with overall experience.

I booked the appointment. The address was wrong / non existent!!! Tried calling/ emailing Ana the appointment day (Friday) and no reply received...it's now Sunday 🤷🏽‍♀️
