This was my second visit to this salon and unfortunately I will not be returning. I visited with my mum and booked a shellac manicure and pedicure with normal polish. The service took an incredibly long 2 hours which felt excessive! More concerning my mum was left waiting for over an hour for her shellac manicure and had to leave without receiving any service. Staff were not apologetic at all but rather tried to make excuses put blame on me and my mum!

Honestly I’m don’t understand the positive reviews! I got there 10 minutes early so that’s my bad but they made me wait another 25 minutes then the guy Micheal is super bad he was constantly rushing because ofc they overbook themselves and try to do your nails extra fast and whenever I mentioned any mistakes he made he didn’t acknowledge them just denied it and did my nails super angry and cut me many times. Then they charged me extra £43 for an mediocre infill is ridiculous. Horrible place
