The massage itself was very good and efficient, but as I can see other people have mentioned: the room was freezing, and she had her phone on loud so you could hear her notification alert go off constantly, could hear her typing on her phone at times, and there wasn’t any music on to drown it out so it was pretty distracting. Also, the communication was so minimal that it felt pretty uncomfortable, which isn’t what you want in a vulnerable situation where you’re mostly naked.
I did like my make up but I was really disappointed by the lack of skin prep and not surprisingly my makeup didn’t last a full day at a wedding. Had I known I would have done my own prep.
The therapist sat in the same room as myself on 4 occasions on her phone.I could hear her talking whilst I just wanted to relax. The actual face massage was nice however very short. She refused to wax my eyebrows on request!! She didn't have a hand mirror to let me see if I was happy with the colour of my brows. I had to go into the hallway. When I came back I would have liked them darker. She rushed me out of the room p
