This is the second time I booked an appointment via Treatwell and was let down. Both times I turned up and was turned away because the staff wasn't available. If you don't have the staff then you shouldn't be advertising appointments and taking money online! On top of that the staff and manager didn't seem too concerned. Some basic customer service skills would go a long way.
