I was disappointed to arrive for my appointments on three separate occasions to find out that Amy wasn't there, as she had gone on a date or to the hairdresser's. The worst thing was that I did not receive any prior notice, despite my appointments being in the afternoon. Since then, I have reached out multiple times to reschedule, but my messages are being ignored. I would not recommend this service due to poor communication and a lack of organisation.
