I had a hydradermie facial. On the booking system it’s 1hr 15 but I only got 1hr 5min. Wasn't ask to fill in any consultation forms. Was told to go downstairs and get ready but as a new client surprised I wasn’t shown to the room. Amy didn’t look at my skin before applying products only asked what I thought my skin was like. The worst part later that evening I was looking through Instagram and Amy had posted a video of me on her story while I was in my mask without any permission!

What an absolutely lovely, wonderful and fabulous experience - the atmosphere is a sheer delight - Amy was more than lovely, she chatted and made me feel relaxed and welcomed - I would highly recommend Amy's for an all round Beauty Experience and I for one will be returning on a regular basis.
