Amy is always incredibly kind and patient with our son when cutting his hair. She always takes time to check in with him and make sure he’s ok throughout. He used to hate having his haircut but since coming to Amy he now can’t wait for his next one!

Went in this morning to see if I could have a haircut. There were three staff standing chatting to eachother with no customers in the shop. I’m a 66 year old man with not much hair and just wanted a quick trim. When I asked if I could get a haircut I was told no, it was appointment only. Walked back past the shop again 45 mins later and still no customers in the shop so can’t understand why they couldn’t cut my hair as it wouldn’t have taken 15 minutes to do.
Will go elsewhere in future.
