I took my 17yo son who has Aspergers & he classes past haircuts bad. I took him as he was anxious to go on his own & to explain/show what he wanted. Amy was amazing from the start. Welcoming & reassured him that it would be ok. Showed a pic of the look he’s trying to get. Amy was able to explain what she could do now & how unlevel his hair was. She would cut enough to make it almost level ready for his next booking and style. This was the first time he said he liked his cut. Thank you Amy.

To entering the salon I was greeted by a lovely Amy , I was offered a drink which I declined, amy ask me to sit down and explain what I wanted I described how I wanted my hair I also explained how nervous I was due to a bad haircut over a year ago. Amy constantly chatted with me explaining each time what she was doing ,we also spoke about others things. It made me feel at ease and comfortable. The outcome of my haircut was just what I wanted at last a hairdresser that listens . Thank you Amy 😊 I shall be back . Plus a lovely calm salon that also do nails so check it out you won't be disappointed I wasn't
Absolutely love my hair after a T-section, wash, and blow-dry at Amy Star Salon! I’ve never been this blonde before, and it’s exactly what I hoped for. Amy is so knowledgeable—I felt completely safe in her hands. Meghan keeps everything running smoothly and is always so friendly. I’ve also had my nails done by her several times—her attention to detail is amazing and her work is second to none. The salon has such a fun, welcoming vibe. So happy with my experience every time!
