Massage and facial was ok. No music in the treatment room just salon music throughout so can hear lots going on outside so not easy to relax. Salon is a bit shabby.

Terrible customer service. Have emailed and contacted them on social media twice with no acknowledgment of them receiving my messages after trying to contact them for the last 14 days. I booked in for a 3 hour session for the price of £70. Spent 1 hour 40 in the salon in total and had a very basic facial which cost £45!!!(should have been a stress buster which should take 2 hours to complete). A real shame as the young girl doing my treatments was lovely and what she provided was good, its just not what I paid a lot of money for!!! Ambience is not comfortable as you can hear everything going on elsewhere in the salon. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and will not be returning, despite being asked to book another appointment- no idea what the appointment is for as my messages are being ignored and i work long hours in the week and weekends so do not have the time to phone and chase them (surely they would want to answer messages to their paying customers?) This then means ill be losing the £10 deposit I paid. £80 is sooo much money to spend on what I have received from this place, both in beauty services and customer compassion! The salon is also NOT where it states to be on Treatwell and was not communicated to me when booked, it is not straight forward to find if you don’t live in Stockport. Genuinely sorry to leave this awful review but its an honest one, fuelled by the fact they have chosen to ignore both my email and multiple messages to their Instagram page to try and resolve what happened.

Met Emma for the 1st time on Saturday... would highly recommend a visit to her .. very friendly .... brilliant Caci treatment ...wonderful relaxing facial and a very soothing hand massage... almost fell asleep...
