Visited the new address for the first time, there was a fly constantly flying around me. This male technician did a terrible job, not just because he was really harsh on my fingers and caused a lot of pain, but also because 4 fingers' nail extension were not straight on my fingers, the paint was very uneven and lumpy. I've been a loyal customer to the salon for so many years, and this was the first time I was handled by this technician, which was a huge disappointment.
