Had a gel manicure on natural nails. Appointment was done very quickly.
I would have preferred if the technician took more time shaping the nails and used a softer file, the one she used was super hard and my nails are quite soft. Also would have preferred less e-filing. I asked for this in the appointment, but the lady couldn't speak english so she carried on with the e-file.

Lovely experience overall - really friendly staff, very thorough, very clean and cute nail salon. Appointment started with a delay which was a shame but can’t fault it otherwise!
