The technician didn't take off the gel completely, did not ask which shape I wanted on my nails and also missed a part of the procedure during manicure. He was more interested in other people's conversation than doing a good service!
Went there some times now, and I am very disappointed with this technician performance.

Communication was tricky and technician damaged my skin slightly with tool which grazed my finger and hurt a bit. It was also very busy, not much ventilation/space.
