This was my first visit to this salon. I had read amazing reviews and went ahead with my booking based on them. A few things worth noting if you are considering this place: 1- do not expect a warm welcome, a good conversation or a chat. 2- If you are getting a pedicure expect your soles to be filed with a razor - I was horrified at that but didn’t decline ( in hindsight I should have asked her not to use this on me). 3- I was asked if I wanted a manicure before my gel polish ( isn’t that the standard practice?? ) something I found very confusing! 4- I asked for oval nails and got a squoval, she filed my natural nail plate with the drill despite the fact that I didn’t have any gel residue on my nails. The nail filing was the absolute worst, very rough and harsh on my nails. In conclusion, this place would be perfect if you are going in for an acrylic set. Don’t go in there if you have natural nails. I had high hopes but sadly, I will not be returning.

Very clean, staff were lovely and she did a great job of my hollywood wax. Probably the best one I've had in the UK!
