I tried to move my appointment by 30 minutes and told them it will be this at the very least and then despite me saying this they only moved my appointment 15 minutes so by the time I got there I was not allowed nail art, I was really looking forward to it and then didn’t get any, the lady kept on telling me that it was because I was late and I wasn’t on time ! I am very happy with the nails they did have time to do though and it was very COVID safe so thank you for that very much !
