Had real problems getting to my appointment, phoned ASAP to explain and rebook and was told I’d lost the money I’d paid in advance and would have to make a new appointment and would be charged again. I won’t be going back.

The technician didn't take off the gel completely, did not ask which shape I wanted on my nails and also missed a part of the procedure during manicure. He was more interested in other people's conversation than doing a good service!
Went there some times now, and I am very disappointed with this technician performance.
