Technical 4 was lovely, the service has a silent service which I love, but if you enjoy a conversation while getting your nails done this is not place for you. Technician 4 was very detail oriented and did a great job on cuticles and but not the gel nail polish application - the nails look gloopy, sort of a big suspended drop, like bad acrylics- never happened to me before (extensive previous experience). Not a fan of their sanitisation practices, equipment and tools and accessories look dirty.

My go-to place! Guy I had (not sure his name unfortunately) seemed slightly less experienced than some of the other technicians, but he made up for it by always checking for feedback and being very friendly. Ended up with beautiful nails, worth every penny!
