The technician was friendly and was trying his best, but did file a bit aggressively, he made my nails pretty sore and bleed, he also missed the nail completely and filed my knuckle on a few occasions. I think maybe a bit more training is needed. All other technicians have been great and have had no issues. I'll be returning to see if it was a one off. :)
