Amazing as always, they are my go-to! They even recommended to me a cheaper alternative to my usual nail treatment as they thought it would be more suited to me - and they were right! The quality of my nails were perfect, there is a huge colour range to choose from, and the staff were so friendly.10/10 work from them

Appointment was booked for 45 minutes but took 1h15m due to technician talking a lot with her colleagues, I wouldnt have minded if she was still paying attention the nails but unfortunately she wasn't: Nails are different lengths and shapes and one of my thumbs is wonky, she also got the nail colour wrong and I had to awkwardly interrupt her conversation to tell her it wasn't the one I had picked. It wasnt awful by any means, but I just wish she would've payed more attention to her clientele.
