I go here all the time to get my nails done and normally they're great, but today the nail tech I had didn't listen to me at all. I asked for my nails to be cut down a tiny bit, and they filed them down way too short, barely any length now, no point in having extensions. I told them that I wasn't happy and he just said 'it's fine'. Also overfiled my nails and made my finger bleed. I told him I wasn't happy and didn't offer to do anything about it. Now have to deal with tiny, ugly, stubby nails
