Rushed. It was like a factory the technicians were going through customers very quickly. A shoddy job they didn’t even cut my cuticles so that the manicure would last longer. Also damaged the nail on my index finger so I had to grow that out. When I tried to get the gel professionally removed a couple of weeks later it was incredibly hard they had to use a machine to scrape the gel off. Be careful with this place.

The best place in Reading for a quality manicure! Everybody who works there is so lovely and really great at what they do. I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Highly recommend!
