My first time getting nail extensions, wasn't sure what to expect but they were quick, professional and very lovely. Even when I changed my mind a few times, the technician I had was very patient and friendly.

It's sad to write less than 5*, because I've been coming to Amy's for years never had a bad experience but this appointment wasn't good. I went to have gel extensions taken off, mani then shellac. The nail tech filed the gel down then soaked my hands in acetone which I did expect. He went for a tea then left the shop for either a smoke break or something- in total I was soaking for 20 mins +, bad for my skin. Too much filing in general, too. Didn't even do the mani which I had to say at the end.
