I'm a regular at Amy Nails, and usually, I can't fault the service. But this time I had a few issues, possibly due to the fact I booked my appointment at a busy time so they were more rushed than usual. My technician cut the skin on two of my nails, which bled slightly - he did apologise when I flinched which I appreciated. However, he then continued to put cuticle oil over the cuts which I didn't think was best hygiene practice.

I'm a regular due to to quick and efficient work. They happily accept my requests and are quite straightforward regarding cost. The technicians are aware of new trends and the final job is perfect
