The nail technician cut my hand and made me bleed with no follow up apology. My gel nail varnish is blotchy and uneven and has already started to discolour after 2 days. A friend went to Amy’s nails the day after me and we both commented that it seems really unclean, I’m not sure how often they wash or wipe down the inside of their UV lamps or how good the ventilation is (there was a lot of coughing from staff and customers!) - my friend has even come out in a rash!

The colour I chose wasn’t the same colour which went on my nails. I was told it was because the colour on the colour chart was faded. It resulted in my nails not being a colour I particularly liked but I didn’t want to sit there for another hour to gave them redone
