I love the outcome but I don’t appreciate the lady doing my nails stopping just to have a chat with her colleagues. It made me feel very awkward and like I shouldn’t be there

I have been to Amy's nails several times and most times there is something I'm not happy with sadly but I give them chances because the staff are usually nice and try their best. This time the design I had asked for was not as I had requested unfortunately. Very disappointed as I spoke up but was told that was enough. Not to mention what I was charged was unfair for the simple design I had on my own natural nails
