I’ve been going here for a few months now and I think the experience I’ve had is hit or miss. There have been times that I have loved the outcome and others where the filing is a bit crooked, cuticle prep was not done, colour application is a bit messy or polish chips within 3 days. Overall environment is nice and seems clean with a lot of colour options.

Usually love my acrylics from Amy's Nails, they're my favourite in Reading. But the last 3 times, I have been seen by a male technician who does not seem to care and have ended up with messy/misshapen/uneven nails and little cuts around the nail area which risks infection. I politely asked him to tidy up the nails at the end but he didn't and left varnish all around my fingers. It didn't look professional at all. Thought it might be a one-off but it's consistently poor service from him.
