I’m always very happy with the outcome of my nails and I always book via the app. The total of my booking said £70 as it always does for gel manicure and pedicure but when paying at the venue I was charged £80? Unsure if prices have gone up if they have this should be changed on the app.

Please let us select what technician we want when booking!!!! I am normally so happy with the final result (have been there 5 times) but no thi time. This was a new male technician, the result was very poor, i asked for almond shape, he did a round instead and didnt make an effort to change it. He was not careful on painting my nails in the color i had selected and he started using the previous client’s color. My gel nails were a lot thicker and not natural looking.
