After sitting down, an electric heater was moved in direct line of my bag placed next to me. After my session I found my headphones had melted and broken. Staff took no responsibility or apologised for this despite it all being on camera.

I have bought a treatment for infills but they said they had to charge me extra as they said they had to remove it first as " my set was too old "..so what's the point of having infills
